Educational Workshops
Foremen, superintendents and sales/project managers attend ongoing educational workshops to meet the needs of an ever changing industry. The URCA provides a full program of free classes and seminars in the newest techniques to keep members at the cutting edge of their profession. These programs have a proven track record of results for both employers and employees.

Safety Training
In cooperation with Cal OSHA, URCA is continually working to upgrade job standards and working conditions. URCA conducts workshops which address the major safety concerns of the industry. Recently, URCA implemented a safety needs assessment program for all members.


Apprenticeship Training Program
The primary goals of the URCA Apprenticeship Training Program are to improve the quality of craftsmanship and safety conditions in the industry as well as assisting employees in becoming familiar with the different facets of the trade. Our valued customers can be assured that URCA member companies utilize the most skilled and well-trained employees in the industry.

Public Awareness
